Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 30 dias (30 days). If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Returns Process:
To initiate a return, please contact us at korvosbracelet@gmail.com. We will provide you with the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exclusions / Non-returnable items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (special orders or personalized items) and promotional items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific bracelet or accessory.

Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
